4. Delivery / Smuggling Loop

Core Player Action

Transport cargo from one location to another while avoiding detection, theft, or interception.

Core Loop

  1. Acquire cargo.
  2. Choose a route.
  3. Manage cargo constraints such as weight, legality, signal emissions, heat, or fragility.
  4. Avoid scanners, checkpoints, gangs, police, drones, or rival players.
  5. Fight, bribe, hack, hide, or flee when threatened.
  6. Reach the delivery point.
  7. Hand over, stash, sell, or use the cargo.

Examples

  • Deliver illegal cyberware to a black clinic.
  • Smuggle weapon parts through a corporate checkpoint.
  • Move stolen organs to an underground surgeon.
  • Transport forged identities to a safehouse.
  • Carry high-grade medical supplies into a quarantined district.

Encounter Length

5–15 minutes.
