5. Sabotage Loop

Core Player Action

Damage, disable, corrupt, or destroy an enemy asset.

Core Loop

  1. Identify an asset to sabotage.
  2. Travel to the asset location.
  3. Bypass or defeat security.
  4. Plant explosives, hack systems, overload machinery, poison supplies, or damage the asset directly.
  5. Defend the sabotage action until completion if needed.
  6. Escape before response forces arrive.
  7. Cause a temporary or persistent world effect.

Examples

  • Sabotage a corporate generator.
  • Destroy a surveillance node.
  • Disable a gang weapon cache.
  • Overload a district power relay.
  • Disable a police scanner tower.
  • Corrupt a faction data terminal.

Encounter Length

5–20 minutes.
